- Govt. of Andhra Pradesh: ARC-robotics and ADC Data Science Cluster have been developed in cooperation with APSSDC.
- Govt. of Himachal Pradesh: Developing the skill up gradation clusters in the fields of mechatronics, Automation, Industry 4.0.
- Govt. of India: Developing the Quality packs and job roles with Electronics skill sector council to
avail national requirements and launch demand driven courses. - Govt. of Germany: “Research Presence in India” project has been implemented with cooperation partners. An initiation by “Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Germany”.
WHAT WE DO?
German Language Training for Aspiring Nurses in India with a vision and goal to Equip current and past GNM/B.Sc./M.Sc. nursing students in India with the German language skills (A1 to B2 level) necessary to pursue healthcare careers in Germany for both vocational and regular sectors.
TARGET ASPIRANTS ARE NURSING GRADUATES AND VOCATIONAL STUDENTS
- Vocational students for nursing and health care sector aspirants.
- Nursing graduates from GNM programs.
- Nursing graduates with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Nursing.
- Nursing graduates with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Nursing.
PROCESSES OF INDO EURO SYNCHRONISATION – HEALTH CARE (IES-HC)
IES goal is to Prepare and place aspiring nurses from India in healthcare jobs in Germany.
a. Phase 1: Language Training: Equip candidates with German language skills from beginner (A1) to intermediate (B2) level.
b. Phase 2: Document Assistance: Translate certificates and obtain recognition of Indian school leaving certificates in Germany.
c. Phase 3: Job Placement: Secure interviews and job contracts at partner hospitals.
d. Phase 4: Fast Track Visa & Travel: Assist with expedited visa processing and flights for selected candidates.
e. Phase 5: Arrival & Settlement: Offer airport pickup, accommodation assistance, and health insurance support, and city registration guidance.
f. Phase-6. Work & Licensing: Provide free theoretical training in Germany until candidates pass the licensing exam within 18 months. Practical training also included.
WHAT WE DO?
- Candidate Recruitment: Select promising nursing candidates from India with potential for success in the German healthcare market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IES throughout the training & placement process to ensure smooth implementation.
- Trainee Support: Address any questions or concerns of the trainees and help them successfully participate in the program.
- Mobilize current & past students of GNM/B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing for the training program.
- Act as the nodal agency for implementing training programs within India.
- Provide necessary support for the implementation of training programs.
- Conduct outreach activities for beneficiary mobilization.
- Arrange & conduct orientation sessions for principals, faculty & students at Nursing Colleges
regarding the training program.
